Nav Nirman Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd. formally registered on 15th December, 1979 under Registration No.321 (GH) and approved the bye-laws of the society under the Registrar of Delhi Co-operative Society Act/Rules. The First Management Committee (MC) elected on 10" August, 1979 and the First Society General Body Meeting (GBM) held on 08.02.1987.

AUTHORITY ALLOTED DETAILS


The Delhi Development Authority allotted a Plot of land (Area of 4.4 acres) Plot No. 7, LP.Extension, Patparganj, Delhi-110092, area under their Housing Societies scheme for construction of flats for its members. The plot of land is surrounded by other group housings societies and DDA parks on Eastern and Western sides. Across the approach road is a land mark- The Mother Dairy Plant which Supplies milk to the entire city. The location is well connected to the Railway Station (Old Delhi New Delhi &Nizamuddin) and Bus Terminal (Inter-state ) ISBT and Anand Vihar, which are approx. maximum 7-8 km and as well the famous Aksardham Temple, Red Fort, Connaught Place, Chandni Chowk, Chawari Bazar, Nai Sarak being the longer markets place in Delhi. On the south is National High-way Bypass No.24 touching Ghaziabad and Noida, the satellite townships of Delhi. On the Northern side is a 30 Meter vide approach road. The plot is directly connected by the Nizamuddin Bridge with the Outer Ring Road, the necklace of Delhi. The Location is well connected with the main centers in Old and New Delhi.

MEMBER AND FLAT DETAILS


There are 264 members in the society, for whom and dwelling units are developed into two categories. Type A: No. of Flats -100, appx.built up areas 102.305sqm.-Three Bed Rooms set (semi duplex) with three balconies, two toilets and almost all flats two side open air. Type B: No. of Flats -164,appx.built up areas 81.506sqm. Two bed Rooms set (semi duplex) with three balconies, two toilets and almost all flats two side open air.

SOCIETY DETAILS


Besides these dwelling units, there are 118 covered car parking space, 120 covered scooter garages and, two electric sub-stations, Society office, Club for members and adequate open parking and landscape gardens to fulfil the functional, recreational and community facilities for the members. The society lay-out design of our apartments has been consciously designed on a concept which is based not only on Engineering & Technology, but on Psychology and Ecology also. Each designated area, be it children play, community open spaces, vehicular movement, have all been very distinctly segregated in a balanced form to offer much safer environment. The entire society is well developed and maintaining good greenery in its open areas and creates a good quality of life through the environment. The Society moto is “Greenery is the Essence of life”.

Our cooperative society has been a cornerstone of support for our members, providing essential services and opportunities for maintenance and development of its infrastructure. I encourage all members to write, whether you are a recent member, who just joined the Society, or an experienced member with greater exposure to Society affairs. One of my responsibilities is to facilitate the transformation of great viable proposals into reality.

Please accept my heartfelt thanks for giving me the opportunity to serve our community as the Honorary Secretary of Nav Nirman Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd. (NNCGHS Ltd). It is a privilege to take on this responsibility and work towards the welfare and progress of our society.

Welcome to the official website of Nav Nirman Co-operative Group Housing Society. Our aim is to maintain a clean, safe, and harmonious environment for all the residents. We believe in transparency, cooperation, and the active participation of members in society issues truly matters. I sincerely request all residents to support the Managing Committee and follow the society’s rules and by-laws for the smooth functioning and continued development of our community.
Our society is committed to providing better facilities, proper maintenance, and a peaceful environment for everyone. With the support of our members and the Managing Committee, we continuously strive to improve our infrastructure, security, and community welfare. Your suggestions, ideas, and cooperation are always welcome for the progress and betterment of our society.
Several development projects are planned for the society, including road repairs, implementation of the “one flat–one parking” system, lift installation, general society maintenance, water tank repairs, and rainwater harvesting, etc. The success of these initiatives depends on the collective support and cooperation of all residents. When we work together with a positive approach and treat one another like members of an extended family, we can successfully implement many meaningful improvements in our society. These works will be undertaken on a priority basis and subject to the availability of funds.
All residents and members are encouraged to make proper use of the society’s facilities, including the activity room, clubhouse, society lawns and indoor as well as outdoor games, in accordance with the society’s by-laws and guidelines.
