Development of Website of Society As per minutes of 4th Management Committee meeting held on 10.07.2022, Resolution No.6 approved to create/establish the Website of Society. As per minutes of Annual GBM meeting held on dated 15.01.2023, Resolution No.10-Official website of the NNCGHS Ltd. “Resolved that to develop the official website of the NNCGHS Ltd. in compliance of the direction issued by the R.C.S.” As per minutes of 44th Management Committee meeting held on 16.12.2024, Resolution No.7,regarding update of Society Website “ Resolved that the draft website have been presented in the MC meeting and the issue have been deliberated. The website has been named as www.ankurapartment.com and MC has been decided to add data, as per direction of RCS circular dated 26.12.2019 & circular dated 03.08.2023. The MC has also decided to add pictures of important events organised by the MC. The members are requested to inform the society if one has any objections for their uploaded personal photograph and accordingly action of deleting the same will be taken up. “

The direction in the circular dated 26.12.2019 as under: “The Society management will make videograph their general body meetings and societies are also directed to upload the same on their website” Further one more Circular No. F.47/204/Coop/44/CD No.000635428/466 dated 03.08.2023 issued by office of Registrar Cooperative Society, Delhi for development of website by the All Cooperative Societies registered under DCS Act & Rules.

The direction in the circular dated 03.08.2023as under: This website will help enhancing immediate communication & transparency among its residents/members. It will also help to all members of the society to get the information of common interest of the society members immediately; it will also provide a secure and harmonious environment to all residents/members. It will help in getting the availability of the information on a click of a button. The following information can be uploaded on the developed website by the Management Committee of the society to improve the transparency, efficiency of its working:

1. All Notices and Circulars issued by M.C.
2. Minutes of Meeting of G.B.M. of the Society.
3. Audited as well as Un-Audited Accounts of Society.
4. Membership Data of all members.
5. Parking allocation, if available.
6. Other Relevant Information that the members may find useful like various forms, transfer of membership u/s 91 of DCS Act.


Following sports facilities in the society for members and collective celebration in the community/society for the members in the society campus under supervision of management committee as under:

RELIGION PLACE – MANDIR


Ankur Apartment has a Mandir and located in the East Corner of Society, where statues of all deities have been enunciated and have an easy approach for the elderly to have their puja. MYGATE APP.- VISITOR GATE ENTRY SYSTEM & ACCOUNTING


Ankur apartment has a MYGATE App. visitor gate entry system and installed in the society. Management committee vision to security is first and foremost requirement of all the residents of the society to help users control who can visit their home and improve their safety and security. The app's vision is to empower users with greater control over their space and time. Society management is also facilitating of online accounting of members account through MY GATE App., provided to the members of the society.

SPORTS – TABLE TENNIS & BADMINTON COURT


Ankur Apartments has a badminton court in open area & Indore Table Tennis court with air-condition facility which has been made up to the standards of professionals and is being used by all interested residents including children’s. There are also benches and chairs for sitting on the sides of the court for viewers.

Ankur Apartments has a multipurpose Air-Conditioned hall with two entry exit gate, which can be booked by members for their personal parties, small functions etc. The Hall has a capacity of 75 to 100 persons with washroom facilities is spacious and well lit to make all of your events a success. This hall has an entrance through a lobby and an exit door with a wider staircase opens in the larger adjoin green area.

WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM


Ankur apartment has waste management system has been installed in the corner of society in collaboration with ICPA. The dry waste is taken out by the agency and wet-waste is poured in the drums to create manure, which is used in horticulture and also members can take it for their own gardening.

ACTIVITY ROOM/CLUB


Ankur apartment has Two number of activity rooms have been created for the members to have close meetings, get to gather to empower the social/cultural of the society for better atmosphere and a group of Fifteen to Twenty members jointly use the activity rooms at a time. The activity room is also air-conditioned and has the facility of RO water, mini paintry and attached washroom.

PARKING AREA OF SOCIETY


Ankur Apartments has initially at the start of society, allotted of 118 covered car parking space and 80 open car parking space with parking number out of 264 flats in common land of society. After that as and when demanded parking space by the members/owner then a few more spaces were allotted to the members/owner by the management committee. Management committee’s vision is clear for providing car parking space to each flat in the norms of ‘ ONE FLAT ONE PARKING” Within the space of society parking is governed by rules of common sense and convenience of all residents like… Each resident should have at least one parking place. A parked vehicle should not cause obstruction to movement of other vehicles. Since the paucity of land, no one should have more than one parking space.

SOCIETY OFFICE & STAFF MEMBERS


Ankur Apartments has a Society Office with air-condition facility has been located at Ground Floor and is better organised, can be accessed easily by the members for their work. This also has an attached washroom for the members and staff. Society management created the two washrooms for separately female and male in the campus of society for maid,cleaner,guards etc. near society office.

BEAUTY OF GREEN LAWNS


Ankur Apartment has a major area of society in the form of green lawns and a passage around as footpath for walking. “Greenery is the essence of life” to ask for an excellent environment is a common aspiration of people today. It has always been our endeavour to develop our environment as pleasant, friendlier and with a human touch. The large size lawns have been created in the society, that members can have view of Greenery from their residence. Efforts are taken to keep these green areas with more green plants and shrubs, which members enjoy while walking around on footpath or while sitting in lawns for having sun bathing during winter season. These green areas act as lungs for the clean society environment. A Gazebo has been erected at a prominent place in the lawn- under which can sit and enjoy the green with colourful flowers around.
